One of the largest hotel ballrooms in the southeastern United States, it can easily accommodate over 5,700 attendees for events, meetings, conventions and exhibits. With the ability to divide into 18 different sections, this flexible space can easily address the needs of a variety of simultaneous functions.

The Fiesta Ballroom features 21,160 square feet of flexible meeting space that can break down into 10 sections or be used for exhibitions. This ballroom is accompanied by an expansive foyer for pre-function events, and is conveniently located adjacent to the Veracruz exhibit hall.

The smallest of the Lantana Rooms, Lantana 3 comfortably holds up to 80 guests, offers a flexibility to accommodate a range of events and has direct access to a pre-function area. This room can also be combined with Lantana 1, Lantana 2 or both.

The largest of the 3 Lantana Rooms offers ample square footage for meetings of up to 100 guests, offers flexibility for multiple uses and has direct access to a pre-function area. This room can also be combined with Lantana 1, Lantana 3 or both.

Located on the hotel’s lake side, this sleek, dynamic room is flexible for a wide range of uses, offers space for up to 100 guests and has direct access to a pre-function area that is perfect for networking. This room can also be combined with Lantana 2, Lantana 3 or both.

Combining Lantana Rooms 2 & 3 creates a versatile 1,872-square foot space with the capacity to hold 180 guests for an array of events. The space also has direct access to a pre-function area that is an ideal networking space.

With a square footage of just under 2,000 square feet, this combination of Lantana 1 & 2 provides flexible space that comfortably holds 200 guests. The space also has direct access to a pre-function area that is an ideal networking space.

This spacious courtyard—perfect for networking, breakfast or cocktail hour—offers 3,360 square feet of private patio space that is just steps away from the Lantana meeting room. Conveniently nearby are a pre-function area and show kitchen.
